Answer: You'll find the tyre size on the side of your current tyres. The tyre size looks something like 185/65r16 91w. It's important to check both front and rear tyres as sizes can be different. We can also help you, simply enter your registration number on the homepage and we'll show you a range of tyres suitable for your vehicle. Please note tyre size in the car manual may be misleading if the manufacturers standard wheels are no longer fitted to the vehicle.

Answer: We can offer you a range of tyres to suit your vehicle. To see the options available simply enter your registration or the tyre size on the homepage. We'll then list the tyres that are suitable for your vehicle. Answer: New European regulations passed on 1 November 2012 states all tyres must be labelled on their performance on wet roads, fuel economy, rolling distance and road noise.The new tyre labels are very easy to read, they have the same colour coding letter rating system as white goods i.e. washing machines and fridges. Tyres are rated on a scale of A-G, A being the best. This is great news for consumers as you can now make an informed choice through performance rating.

Answer: We check the vehicle type on DVLA's database from the registration of the car you enter. Recent private number plates may not appear, if you are concerned that your vehicle has not been found please contact the DVLA at www.dft.gov.uk/dvla. You can still order tyres with us by entering the tyre size via the homepage. You can also get in touch with us by call us if you need further assistance.

Answer: Don't worry there is no charge. Please call us as soon as you can with the details of your current order and the changes you would like to make, and we'll do the rest. Please note, we may have to change the fitting date depending on when you let us know.

Answer: We work closely with our suppliers and distribution team and will always aim to let you know if the weather has delayed the delivery of your tyres. If you are currently experiencing adverse weather in your area, please do get in touch with us or call us. If you want to delay your fitting because of the weather we'd be happy to arrange for this for you.

Answer: There are no hidden extras, our price includes your tyres, fitting at a tyre station convenient to you, as well as providing tyre valves (we only provide standard tyre valves, specialist valves, including pressure sensor valves are not included in our fitting price) wheel balancing and disposal of your old tyres

Answer: No. The price you pay for your new tyres includes the disposal of old ones. Old casing is disposed of responsibly through a government registered environmental disposal company.

Answer: There are no hidden extras with us; our fully fitted price includes your tyres, new rubber valves, balancing and fitting at a tyre fitting station of your choice. If you choose home delivery, you will be required to arrange fitting yourself as our price only includes delivery of your tyres

Answer: To change your fitting time, please contact us and we'll do the rest. Please include your order details, preferred fitting date time and a contact telephone number.

Answer: This will vary based on number of tyres, size and type. 30 minutes is a rough guide to a single fitting. The technician will give you a more accurate timescale when you arrive.

Answer: A 12 month workmanship and product guarantee will be provided by the fitting station. The guarantee covers any product faults or issues that arise from fitting. It does not cover accidental, malicious or damage caused by wear and tear.

Answer: The warranty covers defects from the manufacturing process, or the materials used. It does not cover accidental, malicious or damage caused by wear and tear & driver influence. There are a number of reasons why tyres may wear down quicker than anticipated. To make a claim please be aware the tyres will be sent to the manufacturer for examination. This process can take up to 10 weeks and replacements tyres are not provided during this time. If a fault is found, you will be given a refund based on the tread worn. If there is no fault found the manufacturer will return the tyres to you. We are proud to follow the British Tyre Manufacturers Associations tyre warranty process. Quality control and tyre safety is paramount to Tyre Manufacturers. The BTMA tell us the experience within the industry over many years shows that tyre complaints are most commonly the result of poor care and maintenance or driver influence, and tyre underperformance is rarely due to manufacturing defects.

Answer: Please contact us first and let us know what the issues is. We will be able to check to for any issues caused by fitting and will be happy to resolve them for you. If after this you feel the fault may lie with the manufacturing of the tyre or a defect in the material you can ask for the tyres to be examined under the manufacturer warranty.
